Team
Joel Lin
Principal Investor
Joel is the principal investor at Liquido Piscinam and he deploys his own funds towards sustainable real estate investment strategies. Joel is an experienced real estate investor.
Joel has built up over a decade of experience in the institutional real estate space and was most recently a Cofounder of a Real Estate Fintech Startup. He was also the Chief Financial and Operations Officer of a Single Family Office overseeing more than S$200 Million in real estate investments. Prior to his role at the family office, Joel was an investment director at a Private Equity Real Estate (PERE) platform where he supports management in deploying approximately US$2 billion in commitments from one of the largest global insurance firms. He was also previously with CapitaLand, CBRE, and UBS Investment Bank.
He is also a mediator at the Consumer Association of Singapore, a non-profit, non-governmental organization committed to protecting consumer interest through information and education while advocating fair and ethical trade practices.
Joel obtained a Master in Real Estate from the National University of Singapore (NUS), as well as an Honours Degree in Business with a Double Major in Banking Finance and Business Law from Nanyang Business School (NBS). He was also a recipient of the Real Estate Developers’ Association of Singapore (REDAS) Gold Medal, which is awarded to the overall best student from NUS Business School leading to the Master degree in Real Estate, and a member of the Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) Association.
Jedd Woon
Investment Analyst
Jedd is a highly skilled professional responsible for identifying real estate investment opportunities at Liquido Piscinam. He manages the end-to-end deal execution activities and provides ongoing support for the real estate portfolio. With his extensive experience in analyzing real estate investments and background as a development partner with EnterpriseSG, Jedd is a true expert in his field. He is also a graduate of the prestigious National University of Singapore.
Sean Lim
Asset Analyst
Sean is a key player in managing the returns of the real estate portfolio at Liquido Piscinam. With his experience in developing workflow systems to support operational needs at Afternaut, he is well-equipped to support deal execution and ensure the real estate operating performance is top-notch. Sean is a graduate of the Singapore Management University.
